WWE’s Braun Breaker defeats Joe Gacy to retain the NXT Championship at your home

After a night of exciting matches, it was finally time for WWE NXT’s In Your House main event, where NXT Champion Bron Breakker took on Joe Gacy for the title. Breakker would have to control his anger, as if he was disqualified, he would lose the tournament whether he was pinned or not, and Gacy has shown himself to be an expert at pushing someone over the edge. Gacy tried to do this throughout the match and at one point the Breakker was close to hitting him with the chair, but the champ resisted and dragged him, finally managing to beat Gacy and retain his NXT Championship.

Breaker went right after Gacy after the bell rang and Breaker looked angry. He then bumped Gacy into the corner fork and later unloaded his back elbow and punches. Gacy turned the tables with a drop shot and then threw some forearms and hit his knee. Breakker came back swinging with a German suplex and more punches and a shoulder in the corner, then grabbed Gacy in the air and slammed him onto the carpet.

Gacy rolled outside to regroup a little, and was flanked by two well-dressed allies. They went to attack him with a chair and Brickcker grabbed him but Gacy bumped him into the upright. Gacy rolled him into the ring and stomped on him slightly followed by punches and knee strikes. Then Gacy broke the neck and went for cover but Bricker kicked.

Gacy lunged at him in a corner and then went to spread him with a head punch. Gacy then hit a seton on the arena, causing massive damage to Breaker but he couldn’t hold it for the pin. Gacy hits a high chop on Breaker’s chest and then hits another one in the corner, then Gacy sends Breaker back in the ring to try to cover but Breaker gets started.

Crank hits followed and then Gacy picked Breaker but only rotated Gacy to be confronted by Gacy, who locked him into a serve mid-ring. Breaker was eventually released but was fired again and then covered, although Breakker was fired again. Then Gacy crawlingly hung upside down in the corner and Brickcker grabbed DDT in the cover, but Brickcker was fired. Breakker caught Gacy as he ran upstairs and caused him to fall to the ground from the outside, taking advantage of stomping before rolling back into the ring. The Breakker was brought down though by Gacy when he returned and Gacy was then locked up in waiting to further fatigue the hero.

Jesse Bricker hit again but kept fighting and throwing punches. Gacy kicked him down and started mocking a bit, but he grabbed Gacy’s punch and screamed, building some momentum and hitting my shoulder straight before ending that big momentum with a spinebuster. He then jumped over the top rope and collided with Gacy, causing him to fall to the ground. Breakker climbs to the top but one of Gacy’s goons tries to interfere and then Gacy gets a chair and throws it at Breaker. The referee almost disqualified him but then another referee came out and Brecker helped clear the whole thing. Gacy tried to wrap him, but he was kicked out, then Bricker bumped into Gacy, sending him from the arena to the announcer’s table and smashing it.

Breaker picked up Gacy and rolled him into the ring, then Gacy placed a chair under him. He hit the bulldog on Gacy and went for cover but was fired. Gacy grabbed the chair and threw it at Bricker, almost daring to use it. Bricker got it and then gave it to the referee, and Gacy used that moment to strike a low kick on Bricker that the referee didn’t see. Breaker shot off cover though.

Then Bricker lost his cool and grabbed the chair, looking as if he was going to hit him but hitting the ringside allies instead. Gacy came charging but Bricker shot him with a spear and then lifted him up and hit him with a cap, which was enough for the win. Breakker is still your NXT Champion.
